I hereby consent that within the international cooperation programme "ReACT4UA (Utilization and Implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the field of trade) / EU4Business: SME Recovery, Competitiveness and Internationalisation":☑ my personal data, ☑ my quote,☑ photos and/or videos of me,☐ photos and/or videos of my child/children, –
given by me and/or created by the “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH” and/or their partners, – are allowed to be used for the following purposes:● to be filed, processed and used in the internal documentation (e.g. project reports) and in the photo pools of GIZ, clients and partners of the Programme (all given personal data);● publication as a part of GIZ’s public relations work: on public internet, social media, flyers, brochures, mass media (the data like: the name and surname, the position regalia, and the company name, the quote, the photo/video and other if needed);● forwarding to customers and partners of the Programme for use in their public relations work (the data like: the name and surname, the position regalia, and the company name, the quote, the photo/video and other if needed).
A legal reference:GIZ collects and stores the data in accordance with EU Directive 95/46/EC and Framework Decision 2008/977/JHA.
You have the right to inquire at any time about the type of data processing, and to have the data corrected if they are incorrect, or to demand that their processing be restricted or that the data be deleted. Furthermore, you may withdraw your consent at any time to use of the photos and recordings. Please email withdrawal of your consent to .ed.zig%40eniarku-zig This does not affect the lawfulness of any processing of your data before your consent was withdrawn.
