Is an offline incubator built on the methodology of ‘24 steps to a successful startup,’ which helps participants take their first steps in creating their own startup.
The programme combines practical workshops, crash tests, hypothesis development, and MVP creation, with regular expert feedback.
Programme takes place on weekends at the KSE DRAGON CAPITAL BUILDING at 3 Mykoly Shpaka Street, Kyiv.
Programme period: 7 February — 30 May 2026.
Participation is possible only after selection, and regular attendance at workshops is a prerequisite.
WHO IS IT FOR?
For those who have an idea and want to understand how to turn it into a working concept.
Suitable for participants without experience, without a team, and without an MVP, who are looking for a structured start. The programme is aimed at students, young professionals, switchers, and scientists who want to learn how to work with an idea, test it, and interact with a team.
WHAT IS HAPPENING?
● Offline workshop at the KSE campus in your team and in an environment that supports rapid progress, with regular sessions every weekend.● No abstraction — only practice on real cases and regular crash tests of solutions.● Training from industry experts and mentors who work with startups in Ukraine and abroad.● MIT tools and methodologies (24 Steps to a Successful Startup) for building an innovative product.● Understanding of Ukraine's innovation ecosystem and guidelines on how to move forward after completing the programme.● Introduction to stakeholders and key players in the startup community.● Opportunity to present your product at the Stage Two international university startup competition in Berlin.
WHAT IS THE OUTCOME?
Finalists will gain a practical understanding of the product creation process, master tools for testing ideas, analysing users and developing MVPs, and will be able to apply these approaches to develop their own projects in GreenTech, Demining, HealthTech, Robotics, IT/AI and other areas of the innovation economy. Participants will integrate into the Ukrainian startup ecosystem, expand their professional network, and gain opportunities for further growth and collaboration.

Bad Idea Bootcamp
Bad Idea Bootcamp is a two-day intensive aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills through working with deliberately irrelevant ideas. The format involves structured practice of key tools, including Lean Canvas, SCAMPER, customer discovery, and the basic principles of storytelling and pitching.
Stage Two
Stage Two is one of the key European platforms for university start-ups. Ukraine was represented at Stage Two 2025 by the winning team of the second intake with their project Perispeak — an AI solution that trains public speaking skills and supports the development of communication confidence.

This year, KSE joined a team of 9 European business schools together with POLIMI Graduate School of Management, ESMT Berlin, IE Business School and others to jointly create innovative projects in the field of sustainability.

How long is the programme?
the program will last 4 months, from February till end of May 2026.
Is participation free?
Yes, participation in the program is completely free of charge.
In what format is the program held?
The program takes place offline in Kyiv. Video recordings of sessions are not provided.
Can I participate individually?
No, participation is only possible as part of a team of at least 2 people.
What happens after the program ends?
The final stage is the Demo Day, where teams present their projects to potential investors.
